For the Creative  ·  The Performer  ·  The Athlete  ·  The Presenter  ·  The Public Figure

The industry knows what it takes.
So do we.

For the artist ready to grow. The athlete building what comes next. The presenter ready for more. The public figure moving with intention. And the creative who wants to build a life that holds alongside the career.

Coaching and mentoring for the entertainment industry. Goal-led. Human by design. Industry-aware.

The industry you work in matters — as well as the work you are doing to build the life alongside it.

Where This Comes From

Growing up beside it gave me something no training programme could.

I grew up in the orbit of the entertainment industry. Not from the outside looking in — from the inside. I watched artists, musicians and their families navigate the decisions, pressures and turning points that come with a public life.

I was not supposed to be taking notes. I wasn’t. But I was listening.

Growing up in that world did not give me the answers. It gave me the context to ask better questions. I don’t need the industry explained before we can begin. Your goals, your direction, your next chapter — that is where the work starts.

This is not a coach looking in from the outside. This is coaching that already understands the landscape — so we can spend our time on what matters: where you are going.

The industry will ask everything of you. The question is what you bring to it that it cannot take away.

Time for U

TFU sits alongside the agents, the managers, the therapists and the life coaches — not in competition with any of them. Simply holding its own particular space. Think of it as part of a village. Not the whole village — just one steady, grounded voice within it.

Not Instead Of. As Well As.

TFU sits alongside the village.
Not in place of it.

Your agent. Your manager. Your Life Coach. Your therapist. Your family. Each holds something different. TFU holds one specific thing: a confidential, goal-led coaching space with someone who already understands the world you work in — and whose only interest is your direction.

Not therapy

Coaching is forward-focused and goal-led. Different purpose, different space.

Not management

TFU has no commercial stake in your career decisions.

Not advice

The answers come from you. The coaching helps you find them.

Not instead of

TFU works alongside everyone else already in your corner.

The Research Is Clear.

The industry asks everything.
The support rarely matches the ask.

These are not abstract statistics. They are the reality of the world TFU was built to work within.

UK — Film & Television

64%

of UK screen workers considered leaving the industry in the past 12 months. The work they love — and the space to build a sustainable life within it — are not the same thing. TFU exists for both.

Film & TV Charity, Looking Glass Survey 2024 ↗

35%

of UK screen workers describe their wellbeing as poor or very poor. The industry is asking important questions. TFU is one part of the answer.

Film & TV Charity, Looking Glass Survey 2024 ↗

7 in 10

screen industry workers reported navigating challenges with their wellbeing. Investing in the person behind the work is not a luxury. It is how sustainable careers are built.
