Services
Time for U provides coaching, mentoring and consulting services. These are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
Coaching and mentoring is a collaborative process. Results depend on your engagement and commitment. TFU does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential. Confidentiality may be broken only if there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, as required by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Full terms will be provided in your coaching agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and frameworks — belongs to Time for U. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without prior written permission.
