About Time for U
A practice that leads
with purpose.
Whatever brings someone to the door — Time for U starts with the person. Not the presenting problem. Not the role. The person.
Purpose is the thread. The coaching is the craft. The context is whatever brings you here.

The Philosophy
Not fixing.
Not rescuing.
Not instructing.
TFU is not about fixing, rescuing, or instructing. It is about creating the conditions where awareness, choice, and grounded action can emerge safely and honestly.
We believe that every individual already holds wisdom, resilience, and insight within them. The work is to create the space where that can be accessed, examined, and acted on — without rush, without judgement, and without someone else’s agenda.
Working human to human first. Helping individuals and leaders become more aligned, more whole, and more self-led.
The founding principle of Time for U is simple: injustice is the problem. Building people is the answer.
When You Rise — They Rise. We All Rise.

The Pillars
What guides every
engagement.
Three principles run through every piece of work at Time for U. They are not a methodology. They are a disposition — the way Sheona shows up in every conversation, with every person, across every context.
The Ecosystem
TFU exists not to be everything
to everyone — but to be part
of something bigger.
TFU exists not to be everything to everyone, but to be part of something bigger — a positive, empowering ecosystem where people, communities and partners come together to help each other grow. We connect, we signpost, and we champion the right support at the right time — whether that’s clinical, holistic, creative or personal.
Think of it as a committed part of a Village — invested in better networks, better outcomes, and the belief that when the right people find each other, extraordinary things happen.

The Bigger Picture
TFU is building toward something larger than a coaching practice — a curated partner network, social impact initiatives, and community uplift projects rooted in purpose.
TFU Vision →03
Common Unity
Because no one gets there entirely alone. It took a village to light me back up. That’s why I built one.
Common Unity →The Impact Model
The work shows up
in four places.
Every industry. Every level. Every kind of room. The same things keep showing up — people ready to move forward, and ready for a dedicated space to work out exactly how.
Self
Clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.
Leadership
Direction, presence and the ability to bring others with you.
Culture
Teams that communicate, align and trust one another.
Connection
Relationships, community and a sense of belonging.
