How It Works

01 Locate

Where you really are — beneath the version you present to the world. Before anything can change, it must first be found. Not the presenting problem, but the real one. This is the work of genuine listening, honest exploration, and the courage to look clearly.

02 Illuminate

What it means — and what it genuinely opens up. Once something is seen clearly, its significance begins to emerge. This stage honours the insight before the action. It cannot be rushed. TFU creates the conditions for understanding to arrive at its own pace.

03 Move

What you will do differently — and how. The most demanding stage. This is where belief systems, patterns and behaviours are directly engaged. TFU stays alongside throughout. You will not be pushed further than the work requires — and not left short of it either.

04 Embed

How the change holds, grows, and travels outward into everything you do. The most overlooked stage in any development process — and the one that makes everything else last. What has shifted is woven into how you operate going forward.

What Makes It Different

TFU deliberately limits its personal client intake. Not because of capacity — because of conviction. The work starts with the person. Always. Genuine presence cannot be distributed indefinitely.

This is what purposeful practice looks like — and it is built on a life lived inside the work.

Sheona Walker — Founder

I have been reading rooms since I was a child. Ballet from the age of three. A discipline that teaches you to express what words cannot. From rehearsal rooms, running lines with my father — watching body language against emotion, words against reaction, what was said against what was actually felt — to boardrooms — that skill, I’ve now learnt 25 years on to trust the most!

In that time I have worked with CEOs, retail, media, sales and entertainment; politicians; C-suite executives in global organisations; artists and seen them at every stage of their career; and the people who quietly hold everything together.

The theory informed it. The life tested it.

The ILM framework gave it structure and ethics. The BACP training gave it psychological literacy. The EMCC gave it professional boundaries. But twenty-five years of actual rooms — actual people, actual burnout, actual turning points — is what made those frameworks living practice rather than classroom knowledge.

Burnout in all its guises also included my own, and the people I have sat with since, which is what informs my practice today.

Purpose is the thread. The coaching is the craft. The context is whatever brings you here.

Sheona Walker · Founder, Time for U

Sheona holds an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, a Diploma in Business Administration, and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Her BACP training in Counselling Skills and Studies, alongside continuing professional development in mental health, confidence, and self-esteem, informs the psychological depth she brings to every engagement. Intentional Peer Support Core Training — a lived-experience-led framework — underpins her approach to human connection.

Her own lived experience — through personal therapy, coaching, and mentoring as a client — is not incidental to her practice. It is part of it and informs how she shows up for every person she works with.

That combination means she can hold psychologically complex conversations safely and within professional scope. All work is conducted under regular professional supervision and continuing professional development.

If at any point it becomes clear that someone needs clinical or therapeutic support, Sheona will name that directly and help them get to the right place.
