Sheona Walker
Coach. Mentor. Consultant. Someone who has spent years reading rooms — and helping people find what’s true in them.
From rehearsal rooms to boardrooms
I’ve been reading rooms since I was a child. My mother noticed it first. My father confirmed it — I grew up running lines and reading books with him in rehearsal rooms, watching body language against emotion, words against reaction, what was said against what was actually felt.
I trained in ballet from the age of three. A discipline that teaches you to express what words cannot.
Then life happened. Like many of the people I work with, I lost myself in the performance of success — and burned out.
That’s why today, over forty years later, as a Purpose Finding coach and mentor helping people navigate the same kinds of transitions I’ve lived through – I’m alight again. And I’m still reading rooms.
Only now the rooms are boardrooms, living rooms, conversations that happen quietly in the middle of the night when something doesn’t add up.
Twenty-five years working with CEOs, politicians, and everyday change-makers — and people who simply knew, quietly, that they were capable of more than they were living. What I’ve learned is that transformation doesn’t come from being told what to do. It comes from being deeply seen, heard, and guided back to the truth of their purpose — and from uncovering the blind spots that have been quietly making decisions for them.
My cross-sector background gives me range. My own journey and education gives me depth, grace and grit. But the common thread is never the industry, the money, or the title. It’s the moment someone — or a business — decides to stop performing their life and start building it.
That’s the moment I live for. That’s what Time for U is built around.
What Sheona brings to every session
Lived Experience
Not advisory. Not theoretical. Sheona has lived across the worlds she works in — entertainment, leadership, community, personal transformation.
Human-First Methodology
Every engagement starts with the person — their patterns, their story, their truth. The presenting problem is never the whole story.
Purpose as the Thread
Whatever brings someone to the door — purpose is always the thread. Sheona’s skills, experience, and methodology adapt naturally to context.
BACKGROUND & WHAT SHAPES MY WORK
Twenty-five years of human-centred work
The ILM accreditation and EMCC Global membership are not the headline — they are the ground beneath it. My practice and decades of lived experience across complex human organisational work, relational contexts and every engagement is held within a rigorous, internationally recognised ethical and professional training and frameworks. This combination are what keeps clients, individuals, and organisations safe. They are why TFU allows me to work with depth, discernment, ethical responsibility, and can go to the places this work sometimes needs to go, without operating beyond my limits of proficiency.
“I don’t always get it right – who does? I make choices I later question. I have relationships I’ve had to repair, decisions I’ve had to sit with, and moments where the gap between what I know and what I do has been humbling. That’s not a confession — it’s the point. The work I do with others is the same work I do on myself. Ongoing. Honest. Never finished.”
